Exceptional service from trustworthy people especially Jared. A friend's recommendation brought me here, and I was impressed from my very first visit. Though I live in State College, I don’t mind taking the trip to Bellefonte for repairs. I’m so at peace to know that my car is in the best hands. Hands down the best place for your vehicle!

I'm gonna mirror a lot of what's been said. Jared and co. are friendly and welcoming, and work to a sense of confidence in the work they're doing and its value. I appreciate them always being straightforward, even when my preference is to try my own DIY fixes.

The best experience with Auto Service (Thanks to Jared) Honest story from an international student: My plan was to travel back home in 4 days. Unfortunately, I was experiencing an oil leak in my car. I thought the problem was with the valve cover gasket. Auto repairs usually charge $400-$500 for this repair, but not this Auto Repair. I went to this place because of the better price. Jared, who works here, was not sure whether it was a problem with the valve cover gasket. He took a look at my engine and said that there was no leak from the engine. He found out that the problem was with the oil cap. I thought that I had to fix that part then ($250-$350). However, Jared told me that I didn't have to do it now. Moreover, he told me that I could change it within a year. I was surprised by his honesty. Not only did he not charge me anything, but he also refused to take any penny from me. He was honest with me and that is something I really love in people. It took me only 16 min to drive there and Jared saved my day. Thank you very much. Hope to see you again one day

We moved to State College from California where we had had a really wonderful mechanic who was like family, so we were worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic here in SC. After receiving multiple different services from Sharer, we are truly glad to have found an honest, upfront mechanic named Jared who seems truly great. He takes the time to explain the issue and pertinent details, provides choices, informs us when he begins work on the vehicle and he’s been efficient and quick at the job. Once it’s done, he hands the keys over immediately and goes over what was done. I’m never kept waiting for unknown periods of time wondering when my vehicle will be gotten to. The most recent service I had done was replacing an engine coil because my car was struggling with a misfiring cylinder. The assessment and price was fair and the turn around was quick. I’m very happy with Sharer’s Automotive.

Always available when I need them! They've always acted in my best interest and have given honest and accurate advice. Jared and Steve take care of their customers needs for fair prices and are not insulting when explaining an issue to someone less knowledgeable about their vehicle. I have recommended this place to everyone I know who's looking for a mechanic. SHARERS AUTO ROCKS!!
